Neo Tumi's mother decided to open up the Bed & Breakfast after she was retrenched. She has won a number of awards from the AA namely: AA Accommodation Originality award 2004, 2005 & 2006 AA Cultural homestay - original.

She has three part-time employees who help out with the B&B: Keletso (Cleaner), Kgomotso (Gardener), and Tankiso (Helps out with general maintanance of the B&B).
